1. Parking passes will be distributed as follows:
Slip owners will receive two passes.
Lessees will receive one pass.
2. Every car must have an approved parking pass on their dashboard, or they will be towed. Parking spaces are at a premium, so the rules will be enforced.
3. All cars must park in designated areas only. Any cars parked on sidewalk or within 10 ft. or in unauthorized areas will be towed at owners' expense.
4. Seay Towing is the designated tow company for the marina. Their phone number is 305-947-1100 and their tow yard is located at 15699 Dixie Highway.
New rules take effect January 1st, 2010.
